50 Minute Sessions
PressEX is a Fascia fitness wellness system that works to break up tight areas and encourage mobility through enhancing fascial pliability. In a session, a specialized movement framework is taught, and specialized fitness tools developed and patented by Dr. Meena PT are utilized.
This Framework entails learning about different ways to use body positions, targeted movements, and different levels & directions of sub-maximal pressures.
During a session, you can expect: Movement education on the PressEX method, exercise with PressEX Bars, and potentially hands-on assisted stretching to discover how to dial in the feeling of using sub-maximal pressures in your body.

Demo sessions are used to discover your goals, learn if PressEX is the right fit for your journey, and give you a sample of a PressEX sequence & utilization of the tools.
